Full gut renovations, layout changes, vanities, tile and finishing work can be scoped around your space and budget.
What goes into the job
- Walk through the existing plumbing, ventilation and layout before finalizing a plan.
- Discuss shower or tub choice, waterproofing details, tile, storage and lighting.
- Coordinate the construction sequence and applicable trades for a finished room.
What affects the scope?
Existing water damage, plumbing relocation, shower construction, tile selection and custom glass can change the size of the job. The estimate follows the on-site conditions and the choices you make.
Getting a useful estimate
Send photos, approximate measurements and a short description of what you want changed. We’ll review the existing conditions, discuss the scope and explain what is included in the estimate. Hidden conditions or changes discovered during work are discussed before extra work is added.
Can the layout change?
Often, but moving fixtures affects plumbing, floor work and cost. We assess the room before quoting a new layout.
